This is by far our favorite misting head. It's the result of several months of research to find the ideal misting head. We worked with the manufacturer to identify the ideal nozzle to mist in a 55 gallon drum. This misting head emits a super fine cone shape mist pattern that covers the surface area of the biodiesel in the drum. It emits the water fast enough to keep misting to a minimum but slow enough to not agitate the biodiesel too agressively. Our research department just can't say enough great comments about the results they're seeing with this mister.

The secret is in the tip on the fitting....

That little tip makes the water emit at just the right angle and strength to perfectly wash biodiesel. You can order this mister with just the mister or with an attachment that can secure the fitting to a wash barrel complete with a locking nut & washer. The fitting allows you to use a common garden hose or use just the bushing to plumb it into 3/4" plumbing.

Be sure to pick up some of our pipe tape to seal the fittings.
